COWIN (“we” and “us”) is the operator of www.cowin.com.hk (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
GENERAL
We ship worldwide. However, we reserve the right to exclude countries from time to time, based on the current situations.
PACKAGING
We ensure good packaging for each item to keep it safe during delivery and to prevent it from bouncing around or getting crushed during transit.
Each item is usually wrapped in a polybag. We also provide a dustbag or customized gift box upon request. Take note that any additional packaging has a corresponding fee.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for the shipping will be collected before the actual shipment.
DELIVERY TERMS
a. Shipping time
Generally, transit varies greatly depending on the country and carrier.
1. By Air – usually takes 2-10 days
2. By Sea – takes 20-40 days
* Delivery and lead time are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Cowin is not liable for any reasonable amount of delay in the delivery of your order due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders, or any other force majeure event.

c. Taxes and Import Duties
All products manufactured by Cowin are excluded of customs charges and taxes for international shipments.
We only process all the shipping documents but the customers will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and import duties as per your country’s tax law and customs regulations.
d. Tracking
Upon dispatch, customers will receive an email with a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
