We don’t accept refunds.
There are certain situations where product replacements are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, has missing parts, or has factory defects.
- Any item that client’s specifications or custom requirements were not followed.
We only replace items if the damage or errors were caused by us. Will we not be held liable for any revisions, change of mind, and additions that were not mentioned or agreed during the consultation and sampling period.
If there are any errors, discontinuance, or cessation on our part, we may, to our discretion, suggest a replacement, which has substantially similar functions and specifications as the product/s originally ordered.
