How can I book a schedule for consultation?

Do you provide free design?
Sure. You can select our ready made designs & styles in our online catalogue. You can also modify it with your own branding and preferences.
What if I have my own design?
That’s great! Tell us your concept and we can help you bring your design into life.
What bag materials and sewing technique do you offer?
We work with all types of materials, lining, hardware, logo plating, and sewing techniques. You just need to indicate your specifications during the consultation and tech pack.
What’s your payment terms?
30% deposit, balance at ship.
What’s the minimum order quantity?
100 pcs / color / style
Do you have a factory? If there is, what is your production capability?
We have a Cooperation Factory located in China. Our factory has audited certification and has passed international standards and quality assurance for the service of international luxury brands. It can manufacture 100k of bags per month.
Can I have my own inspectors to your factory to ensure my product quality?
Sure! You are welcome to do that.
How much is the sample cost?
Samples are priced based on the complexity of the bag.
Price quotation will be provided during consultation.
Sampling estimates may cost:

How long is the process?
Before confirming your project, ask us first your possible line-up for pattern and sample so you will have an idea as to how long is the waiting time.
Pattern and Sample: 3 business days lead time, waiting time not included.
Revisions: 3 business days lead-time, waiting time not included.
Cutting: 5 business days lead time, waiting time not included.
Production Lead Time:
- below 1000 pcs – 30 days
- 1000-5000 pcs – 45 days
- 5001-1000 – 60 days
- above 10000 – to be negotiated
Transit Lead Time:
It varies greatly depending on the country and carrier.

*Note that these are just an “Approximate Lead-Time”. May exceed depends on the quantity and complexity of your designs and unforeseen events/circumstances that may cause delay of the production. All turnaround durations are estimates and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Rushing your project may result in low quality of production.

What is your Quality warranty terms?
We always give our full effort to deliver premium quality products. If there are any errors, discontinuance, or cessation on our part, we may, to our discretion, suggest a replacement, which has substantially similar functions and specifications as the product/s originally ordered.
